Before your visit: please wear comfortable clothing, arrive 5 minutes early, and bring any recent tests or imaging (X-ray, MRI, reports) if you have them. For infants, feel free to bring what you need to feed and change your baby.
Cancellation policy: please give us at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged. To change your appointment, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
